When a loved one passes away, it can be hard what to know what to do with their equipment. Some of the equipment can be worth many hundreds if not thousands of pounds, there will also be smaller items, and perhaps components that will be worth very little if anything at all. We can advise what items are worth selling, and what may be worth recycling. If however you would rather donate any equipment, or your loved one asked that the equipment be donated to a club, then we would also be interested in helping. Depending on your location, we may suggest a more suitably located club.
We may use donated equipment in many ways:
If you are kind enough to donate equipment, then we will (at your request) post an obituary on our web site to remember your loved one and your kind donation.

NLWARC endorses Castle Electronics
After using a number of local and not so local Amateur Radio Repair Shops over the years, and having to get radio's re-repaired time and time again after shops have failed to set radio's up properly or have not explained what caused the fault allowing you to 'change your habits' NLWARC have been impressed with the technical knowledge and customer service provided by Geoff at Castle Electronics.
As a bonus Geoff has agreed to provide a 5% discount for all members of NLWARC.
