If you listen on the HF bands, you will hear many strange and wonderful signals (if you hook up a pan adapter, you can also 'see' said signals).
As these signals change all the time due to innovative new modes, it would be impossible to list them all here, so here is just a small sample
Google will give you far more information than can be given here, but to really experience the digital modes, why not ask one of the club members to demonstrate digi modes on one of the club radio’s
